Privacy Policy

FileKit is designed as an office file conversion tool with minimal data collection.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are used only to generate the requested conversion result.

Uploaded notebook code is not executed during conversion.

Temporary files are removed after conversion, with a background cleanup task for stale files.

FileKit may use privacy-friendly analytics such as Plausible or Umami to understand page views, conversion flow, and reliability.

Analytics should not record uploaded file contents.

The service may log technical metadata such as request time, file size, conversion duration, success or failure status, and error category.

Do not upload notebooks containing secrets, passwords, private keys, or confidential data unless you control the deployment environment.
